Hey guys! Having a great day so far?? I’m still in Dubai and super excited to share with you guys this post. I had so much fun shooting the outfits. How to dress like a #Girlboss is today’s topic and I’m going to share what I wore to the conference here in Dubai.
I rarely have to dress up for work these days now that I work from home. But that doesn’t stop me from experimenting with my outfits whenever I do need to attend corporate events or conferences. Here I’ve put together 3 easy ways to style up your work outfits. Hopefully, this will help you out in the upcoming days to work. Say goodbye to your morning dilemma of what to wear as these 3 looks will help kickstart your morning wardrobe inspiration.
There’s no denying that I’m an outfit repeater. I love a good pair of tailored pants. Having a base (in this case, the pants) to build your look around is a good way to plan an outfit. I go by this rule all the time. This helps me stay organized and it truly comes in handy when you’re in a rush. Tailored pants are a sure way to achieve that chic #GirlBoss look. I always opt for a high-waisted pair that has a straight cut. This will give the illusion of longer legs! A trick that I am so thankful for 😀
Another good way to spruce up your office wear is by having a statement top. Something with a unique pattern, cut or color. This will elevate any simple outfit. Pair it with classic bottoms and you’re ready for the office. Here, I’ve worn my ruffle top with an open back. It might be a little too casual for work, but you can replace it with any other ruffle top for the same look. To achieve that #GirlBoss vibe, go for quality pieces. Below are some of my picks. You can find pieces from different price range.
My last look is way more casual. This is for those of you with casual Fridays at work! Casual Fridays can be fun. There’s more freedom as to what you’re allowed to wear. However, it can also be stressful as you need to decide on what to wear during that morning rush. A good way to stay looking like a #GirlBoss while running late is to go for dresses. Personally, I love mixing and matching my outfits. Though on certain days when I’m in a rush, dresses are a good way to go. There’s no worry of styling it. Finding a good work dress is one way to simplify your morning routine.
